Where To Go Next
The cost
to submit a press release to Where To Go Next, for a limited
period following the newsletter's debut, is free.
To submit
a release, simply send it to editor@wheretogonext.com.
Your release
should be in plain text in the body of an email or as an attached
RTF or Microsoft Word document. Sorry, we cannot accept releases
in
HTML code
or PDF
formats.
Releases
are accepted in the following categories: destinations; accommodations;
transportation; recreation/adventure; tours/cruises; and events.
You may suggest a category for your press release but the Where
To Go Next editorial staff will make the final decision. While
we generally run every release just as received, our editors
reserve the right to edit your release to correct errors
or for space.
Every release
must include contact information, especially name, phone and
email address. Please note that this information will be published
with the release. If you submit
an image with your release, we will try to include it in the
body of your release. Images should be sent as JPG or GIF files
at 72 dpi. Images cannot be run larger than 250 pixels wide
so please note that if sending detailed pictures or charts.

Releases
received by 5 p.m. ET will be published in the next day's
newsletter. However, on occasion we may be able to publish
releases received later than 5 p.m. If your
release should go out on a certain day, please make sure
that is specified in your email and we will try to accommodate
you.
