Yoga Retreat Refreshes and Rejuvenates at Summer Lodge

This special retreat will include the following itinerary:
Friday afternoon around 4 pm: Arrival at Summer Lodge. Meet other participants, Spa Director Rosemary Sumner, and Arjuna. Then undertake individual consultations for the yoga and spa treatments. This will be followed by a light supper enjoyed as a group.
Saturday morning around 8 am: Yoga session, followed by breakfast. After this guests may want to take their chosen one hour spa treatment (included in the package). Light lunch followed by yoga session 2 pm - 4 pm with free time to either have private consultation with Arjuna or the spa treatment not taken in the morning. Then 30 to 45 minutes of relaxation, analysis of the day, and meditation, followed by dinner together in the conservatory.
Sunday morning: Yoga session, followed by breakfast. Time for a spa treatment, followed by lunch. After lunch a group activity - either a talk or demonstration by Arjuna - followed by some yoga practice or final relaxation and meditation. Check out around 4 pm.
The Yoga Retreat package includes:
Two nights' accommodation in a luxurious room
A one hour spa treatment of your choice
Breakfast on both mornings
Lunch on both days
Dinner on both evenings
The Yoga Retreat is from $550 per single or $810 per double, per night, inclusive of VAT, based on a Classic Room accommodation, for a minimum two night stay.
