About Copperopolis Town Square
Copperopolis Town Square is a town center with deeply-rooted historical underpinnings. Developed by Castle & Cooke, it is a fresh approach to retail and residential that integrates historical awareness, environmental sensitivity and architectural appreciation into a country town setting. At its core is a neo-traditional urban design philosophy emphasizing pedestrian-oriented retail and streetscapes that create a socially interactive customer experience. The architecture is reminiscent of the mid and late 1800s, capturing the essence of the Sierra foothills gold country and creating a sense of place missing from so many retail centers in the U.S.
