New York - July 12, 2012: Dublin's five-star hotel, The Merrion, has long collaborated with The Gloss Magazine, one of Ireland's leading magazines to create The Gloss & The Merrion Wine Society. The society hosts special dinners at The Merrion throughout the year and is excited to announce the details of its 2012 wine dinner program.
Each wine dinner event is based around its own unique theme and consists of a gourmet six-course meal paired with specially selected wines. The Spanish fiesta-themed dinner will take place on Wednesday, September 26, featuring dishes with a Latin flair. A more festive approach will be taken for the final wine dinner on Wednesday, November 28, as The Wine Society wishes guests a happy holiday season with a lavish feast.
The Gloss & The Merrion Wine Society has previously hosted 16 wine dinners at The Merrion's Cellar Restaurant, which offers diners the finest seasonal Irish cuisine.
