· Delta Air Lines and T-Mobile Announce 'Wi-Fi' High-Speed Wireless Internet Access in Delta Crown Room Clubs Delta SkyMiles Members Earn Miles by Subscribing to T-Mobile HotSpot ServiceATLANTA/BELLEVUE, Wash. (September 8, 2003) - High-speed Internet access for busy travelers is now more convenient as Delta Air Lines and T-Mobile USA, Inc., (NYSE: DAL) announce the addition of T-Mobile HotSpot wireless broadband 'Wi-Fi' service in Delta Crown Room Clubs. To celebrate the partnership, Delta SkyMiles members may earn up to 3,400 miles when they sign up for T-Mobile HotSpot service by Dec. 31, 2003. T-Mobile HotSpot-enabled Crown Room Clubs are now available in airport locations in key cities including Atlanta, Cincinnati, Denver, Nashville, Tenn.; Raleigh/Durham, N.C.; Tampa, Fla.; and Salt Lake City. Later this fall, a majority of the more than 40 Delta Crown Room Clubs in the United States will offer T-Mobile HotSpot service. "Delta is proud to partner with T-Mobile to offer its wireless broadband service in customer lounges, airport gates and public areas," said Christine Pierce, Delta's director of Partnership Marketing. "T-Mobile HotSpot allows our customers to stay connected when away from home, and SkyMiles members can earn thousands of miles toward Award Travel while using the service." Delta SkyMiles members may earn 3,000 bonus miles when they subscribe to the T-Mobile HotSpot Unlimited National Annual plan for $29.99 a month. SkyMiles members who select the T-Mobile HotSpot Unlimited National Month-to-Month plan for $39.99 a month may earn up to 3,400 miles over the period of a year. Both plans offer T-Mobile HotSpot service in more than 2,700 locations across the country, including Delta's Crown Room Clubs. "The launch of T-Mobile HotSpot in Delta Crown Room Clubs is another big step in our promise to deliver a broad-scale network of Wi-Fi 'hot spots' in places where business people already go," said Pete Thompson, director of marketing for T-Mobile HotSpot.
