· US Airways Taps Into The Travelocity Partner Network Private Label Service Travelocity Partner Network To Provide Hotels, Car Rentals Plus Last Minute Deals To usairways.com
FORT WORTH, Texas (July 14, 2003) - Travelocity(R), the most popular travel service on the Web, today announced an agreement with Arlington, Va.-based US Airways, Inc. that makes Travelocity the exclusive distributor of hotels, car rentals and last minute deals on the US Airways Web site, www.usairways.com.

US Airways becomes the latest supplier to join the TRAVELOCITY PARTNER NETWORKSM, the site's private label booking service, which builds on Travelocity's robust technology platform and deep experience in distributing products through channels such as AOL and Yahoo!, and through affiliate Site59's experience as an ASP for numerous supplier sites.

"US Airways is an important new customer to the TRAVELOCITY PARTNER NETWORK," said Richard Harris, vice president of strategy and business development at Travelocity. "Their decision to work with Travelocity builds on the success we have achieved with other online retailers now using our private label service. Usairways.com shoppers can expect the same great values and ease-of-use Travelocity customers receive each time they shop our site."

Hotel inventory provided by Travelocity to usairways.com will feature the entire complement of Travelocity's offerings, including guaranteed low-priced "Good Buy" rates. The same is true for car rentals and last minute deals.

"Travelocity has forged a reputation as being very supplier friendly, and we are looking forward to a mutually beneficial relationship with this industry veteran moving forward," said Steven Tracas, US Airways vice president of sales and marketing. "I'm confident our passengers will notice the added savings and convenience of booking their entire trip on usairways.com immediately."
