· San Francisco's Holiday Season Kicks Off At Embarcadero Center With A Very Cool Ice Show And One Hot Building Lighting Ceremony
SAN FRANCISCO (July 14, 2003) - Embarcadero Center will kick off San Francisco's holiday season with the annual Building Lighting Ceremony on Friday, November 21, 2003 at 6:00 p.m., immediately following the Embarcadero Center Holiday Fair, which is scheduled from 4:00-6:00 p.m.

Staged at the Kristi Yamaguchi Holiday Ice Rink at Embarcadero Center, the festivities will feature a festive ice and stage show, followed by the initial lighting of Embarcadero Center's four dramatic office towers, which illuminate San Francisco's skyline with 17,000 lights throughout the holiday season.

In addition to kicking off San Francisco's holiday season, Embarcadero Center is also home to the city's only outdoor holiday ice rink. The Kristi Yamaguchi Holiday Ice Rink at Embarcadero Center will open to the public on November 12. Spectators may choose to stay and skate after all the November 21 festivities or return to Embarcadero Center during the holidays as the Ice Rink will be open until January 4, 2004 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
