A TON OF SUMMER FUN
The wonderful part of these packages is there's so much to see and do. In 2003 Callaway is hosting the Summer of the Bugs. Through August 24th, guests will see some of the largest insects on the planet, actually Dave Rogers' Big Bugs. These are very large insects beautifully created from natural materials such as fallen trees and vines. Through September 1, 2003, the Virginia Hand Callaway Discovery Center is hosting The Crawlaseum, A Live Bug Exhibit, an amazing opportunity to see insects from around the world, even touch a few. And, just outside the facility, guests can witness the incredible, live Birds of Prey program where raptors fly freely overhead.

Thousands of tropical butterflies can be seen at the Day Butterfly Center, and Mr. Cason's Vegetable Garden is showcasing a bounty of seasonalvegetables. For an added adventure, take the 10-mile Discovery Bicycle Trail (rent bikes or bring your own) that passes by all Gardens attractions.

What is Summer without going to the beach? Robin Lake Beach has a myriad of activities including performances by the FSU "Flying High" Circus (no performances on Wednesdays), paddleboats, swimming, miniature golf and so much more -- all included with admission!
