· Pacific Delight Tours, Two-For-One Offer To Hong Kong Translates Into A Starting Rate Of $549 Per Person
NEW YORK - Pacific Delight Tours is offering a two-for-one promotion on a five-night air-inclusive package to Hong Kong when booked and paid for by June 18. The effective rate ranges from $549 to $699 per person ($1,098 to $1,238) per couple for superior first-class accommodations and $1,260 to $1,398 for deluxe). Departures are available daily on United Airlines from New York, Los Angeles, Seattle and Honolulu for travel completed by August 31. Add-on nights range from $45 to $85 per room.

Pacific Delight Tours is including a host of complimentary daily activities including Tai Chi classes at the Piazza of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre; lectures on the art of the tea ceremony; informative discussions on antiques by an expert authenticator at the Dragon Culture Antiques Shop; a feng shui class; a Chinese junk ride in Victoria Harbour; pearl and jade grading classes; Chinese clothing appreciation classes; and heritage and architecture walks.

Optional excursions include the "Land Between New Territories" -- visits to monasteries, the traditional rural market at Luen Wo, the bird sanctuary at Luk Keng, Sha Tin Racecourse, the Plover Cove Country Park and a Chinese lunch ($53 per person); "A Tale of Two Cities" -- tours of Shekou, featuring terra-cotta warriors and horses exhibition and a Chinese Panda visit at a local zoo, and Guangzhou, for a Chinese lunch and visits to Six Banyan Tree Temple and Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall ($156); and "Hong Kong Circle Island tour" -- a half-day introduction to many of the area,s most popular sites Stanley market, Repulse Bay, Aberdeen fishing village and Victoria Peak ($32).

To receive the savings, both passengers must book the same itinerary. A $60 each-way surcharge applies to paying passengers for travel on Friday, Saturday or Sunday; companion is exempt. Taxes are additional and per person.
