· The Daytona Beach Area Offers Vacationers Fall Freebies DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (October 24, 2003) - Throughout the fall and winter seasons, the Daytona Beach area is offering vacationers sensational savings on hotel accommodations, golf, shopping, dining and attractions with the region's Freebies Jeebies vacation value program.
Presented by the Daytona Beach Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, Freebie Jeebies is slated to run through January 2004. The vacation value program offers savings at more than 34 Daytona Beach area resorts, hotels, motels, inns and condominiums with special offers ranging from $31 per night to seven-day condo rental packages. Some packages include breakfast and attraction passes. The Freebie Jeebies vacation value program also features a coupon book that offers discounts at popular area restaurants, shops and attractions, including river boat tours and Daytona USA - the official attraction of NASCAR. Discounts on luxury spa treatments and golf are also available in the coupon book. In addition, Freebie Jeebies highlights the many festivals and events taking place in the Daytona Beach area during the fall and winter months, several of which require no admission charge such as the Wings & Waves air and sea show commemorating the Centennial of Flight event on Nov. 8-9. Other upcoming festivals and events include the Daytona Turkey Run Car Show & Swap Meet on Nov. 27-30, Daytona Winterfest featuring the Moscow State Radio Orchestra and Chorus on Jan. 23-25, the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona international sports car endurance race on Jan. 31, and numerous concerts and professional theater productions.
