· Outrigger Announces Honolulu Marathon Package New Personalized "My Marathon" DVD Technology Offers Ultimate Souvenir HONOLULU, Hawaii (October 1, 2003) - Outrigger and OHANA Hotels have teamed up with Pleasant Holidays to make it easy for anyone who has ever dreamed of participating in the 31st Annual Honolulu Marathon on Sunday, December 14, 2003.
