· Cape Grace Wins Conde Nast Traveler Best Hotel In Africa Award
NEW YORK (October 13, 2003) - For the fourth year, Cape Grace has been judged "Best Hotel in Africa" by the readers of Conde Nast Traveler. The results of the magazine's annual Readers' Choice Awards were announced at a gala event on Thursday night at New York's Guggenheim Museum and are contained in the November 2003 issue.

Accepting the award - an evocative sculpture designed by Frank Gehry - Cape Grace general manager, Tony Romer-Lee commented that the award was a reflection of the hard work of the entire staff of Cape Grace.

Situated adjacent to the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, Cape Grace is known for its personalized service, its ethos of pampering of guests, its stylish new one.waterfront restaurant, and fashionable Bascule Whiskey Bar. Next month the hotel will unveil its rooftop SPA AT CAPE GRACE, an entirely new concept combining the spices and colors of the Spice Route, with luxurious treatments, many derived from ancient African remedies. The spa will be available only to guests of Cape Grace.
