Resort appoints new general manager

Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, August 2007 - The Tuscany Resort on Grace Bay has named Ms. Terria Misick as its new general manager. Ms. Misick will assume responsibility for day-to-day operations at the flourishing luxury condo-hotel in Turks and Caicos.

"Terria's vast experience in the hospitality industry will prove most valuable to our hotel operations. Her extensive background in Caribbean hotels separated her from other applicants," said Leo Alsonso, president of the condominium's owners' association. "Her many years in the Bahamas have adequately prepared her for this position and we are confident that she will take Tuscany to new heights of service and efficiency."

"I already have many new ideas that I can't wait to implement," said Ms. Misick. "Turks and Caicos is a completely different environment for me but everyone here has made me feel right at home. I want our guests at The Tuscany to experience that same welcoming feeling."

After receiving her degree in business management with a minor in data processing from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University, Ms. Misick spent 19 years in various positions in a number of Bahamian hotels, most recently as the front office manager for Pelican Bay at Lucaya.
