Get More Than A Nice Tan

When Caribbean resorts LeSport and LaSource say "give us your body for a week and we'll give you back your mind," they mean it. For the sixth year, both are offering Master Classes in a range of programs designed to create holidays that last long after you're back home. With advice on physical, mental health/fitness that's inspirational, yet practical and realistic, guests learn how to make lifestyle changes through effective self-help techniques. Like the famous battery bunny, what guests learn keeps going and going and going long after their vacations end.

The expertise of 19 specialists at LeSport in St. Lucia and 13 at LaSource in Grenada covers such diverse fields as Pilates, yoga, T'ai Chi, meditation, stress management, traditional Chinese medicine, dance fitness, anti-aging, and more. These Master Classes are in addition to the full range of activities offered year round at both resorts, which include scuba diving, water skiing, sailing, tennis, golf, archery, fencing and soft adventure excursions. The Master Classes, offered most weeks through November 29, are covered by the all-inclusive daily rates at both resorts.

As you might expect, the resorts also include a full range of exquisite spa services, including aromatherapy, massages, facials, seaweed wraps and body pampering treatments that rank both LeSport and La Source among the world's top resort spas.

Daily rates at LaSource ($220-$345) and The LeSport ($230-$498) cover accommodations, all meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, a program of treatments in the resorts' spa facilities, water sports with instruction, fitness and stress management classes, services of a personal trainer, hotel taxes and gratuities.

LaSource, nestled on a half-mile stretch of Pink Gin Beach surrounded by 40 acres of lush gardens, has 100 rooms and junior suites. LeSport has 154 rooms and suites on 15 tropical acres with 300 yards of secluded Cariblue Beach.

For more information, details of the Master Class schedule and reservations, visit www.thebodyholiday.com or www.lasourcegrenada.com or call (800) 544-2883 and ask for the seven-night free room deal (after you pay for the first week).
