* Franklyn D. Resort, Jamaica - Where private vacation nannies continue to cater to babies, kids, moms, dads and now, grandparents. Top Country Resorts: * Smugglers' Notch, Vermont - Where two-and-a-half-year-olds can begin ski lessons in what's become the active family's year-round getaway. * The Tyler Place, Vermont - Where phenomenal tinies through teens' programs and a low-key atmosphere have kept families coming back for 75 summers. Top European Getaways: * The Grove, England - Sister resort to our original winner, London's Athenaeum, this country property caters to babies in real British style. * Sheraton Algarve Pine Cliffs, Portugal - Whose luxury services and children's facilities get even better each year with input from guest surveys. ...More
